ABOUT THE EVENT:

  • Gather all your favorite ghosts and goblin friends on Oct. 24 for an evening filled with fun activities for kids (and adults too) and lots of treats. No tricks, or pumpkin spice anything, we promise. (wink!) Get ready for a fun-filled night of carnival games, crafts, face painters, fortune tellers, caricature artists, a pumpkin patch, a haunted maze, performers and much more.
  • WarnerMedia networks and groups will also host tents and fun, interactive activities. Each booth will be designated as a trick-or-treat stop, so get ready for TONS of candy! Trick-or-treat bags for candy will be provided upon entry.
  • Learn the dance steps to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” and other Halloween-themed songs! Dance instruction will take place on the Mansion lawn at 5:45 p.m. and 6:45 p.m.
  • Carnival style food/concessions will be available, including hot dogs, corn dogs, chili station, cupcakes, cotton candy, popcorn, soft pretzels, candied apples and of course candy! Vegetarian hot dogs and chili will be available.
  • Alcohol will be served at the event with a 2-drink maximum for employees and guests of legal age. A driver’s license or other photo ID with date-of-birth will be required.
  • Guests of all ages are encouraged to dress up! Due to security measures we ask that adults not wear masks or face paint that cover the face.

REGISTER BY TUESDAY, OCT. 22:

Required: All employees and guests (age 2+) MUST provide a printed or electronic copy of their ticket to enter the event.

WarnerMedia benefits-eligible employees may register up to three guests. You must have your Employee ID to register (logon to MyHR if you don’t know your Employee ID number).

Individual tickets are required for entry, so you must provide the name of each guest you invite in order to receive their ticket. Children under 2 years old do not require a Registration Ticket.

PARKING & SECURITY CHECK-IN

  • Limited parking on the Techwood campus will be available in the Back Parking Deck, off 10th Street and the Lower Parking Deck, off Techwood Drive.
  • Traffic can be….scary. Please consider carpooling or take ridesharing alternatives such as MARTA, Uber or Lyft.
  • Guests of employees will need to show their printed or electronic ticket at the Security gate in order to gain entrance to deck parking. It is highly recommended that employees arrive with their guests to the event and escort them in.
  • As always, employees must have their employee ID badge and all guests must be escorted by a WarnerMedia employee.
